You feel compelled to make a treat with love for your child’s class, but you are running low on time, creativity, and ideas. We have a couple of ideas for you with short prep time that can be shortcut even more if you are in a hurry. Here are the recipes for two easy Halloween treats for class parties.
Prep Time: 30 minutes (after pudding is set)
Ingredients: Oreo Cookie Crumbs, Instant Chocolate Pudding, Milano Cookies, Food Grade Marker, Treat Cups, and Gummy Worms
Prep Steps: I put a gummy worm at the bottom of the treat cup. I then top it halfway with pudding. You then sprinkle crumbles on top. After writing something clever with the food grade marker, I slide in the Milano cookie on the edge to create a grave stone. We stored in fridge.
Shortcut: If you don’t have time to make pudding, buy some pudding cups to shorten the time to create.
Prep Time: 30 minutes (after brownies are made)
Ingredients: Brownie Bites, Pretzels, Small Candy Eyes, and Decorating Icing
Prep Steps: We made the brownie bites. We cut the pretzels in the corners. Insert pretzels to create your legs. Use pretzel pieces too small for legs as horns or antennae. I stick on the eyes with a dab of icing.
Shortcut: If you don’t have time to make brownies, buy some brownie bites to shorten the time to create.
