With the heat index already exceeding 100 degrees in the New Orleans area, the last thing I want to do in the evenings is turn on my oven! It’s just too darn hot for that! To keep the heat out of our kitchen during the summer, I have been utilizing my crockpot, grill, and stovetop as much as possible.
